We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. International shipping is not available yet, but we are working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During new collection launches or holiday periods, processing may take an extra day or two.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you do not see a confirmation email, check your spam folder or reach out to us.
A little note: Every Dressed by EG order ships in our signature pink tissue paper inside a branded mailer. We want opening your package to feel just as good as wearing what is inside.
We want you to love what you order. If something does not fit right or is not quite what you expected, we make returns easy.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
Send an email to hello@dressedbyeg.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Place the item(s) in their original packaging or a secure alternative. Make sure tags are still attached and the item is in the same condition you received it.
Mail the package to the return address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when it is on its way.
Need a different size? We are happy to help. The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the size you need. This way, you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the return to process first.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. No questions asked.

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) as quickly as possible. You will not need to pay for return shipping on damaged or incorrect items.
Order cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can return it after delivery.
Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local mail carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, email us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Holiday returns: Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 have an extended return window through January 31, so you can shop for gifts with confidence.
